With a one-time enrollment fee, employers can arrange to either (1) fully sponsor the plan for their employees or (2) pass this great benefit along to their employees to pay for individually.

The Dental Passport Savings Plan is a membership program that offers discounts for most dental services through participating providers.
This is not an insurance plan. After an initial enrollment fee, patients will be charged a $10 Dental Passport utilization fee for any appointment.
