Dr. Sarah Ringdahl grew up in Post Falls, Idaho and was recruited to swim for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for undergraduate.

She graduated Cum Laude from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science in 2009 and continued her dental education at UNLV School of Dental Medicine. Here, she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2013 and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

Following dental school, Dr. Ringdahl and her husband Erik began their Air Force journey at Wright-Patterson, AFB in Dayton OH. Here, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 2014.

Dr. Ringdahl then completed her Periodontics Residency at Lackland AFB in 2018 and received her Masters degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr. Ringdahl achieved board certification in 2019 and continues to serve in the Air Force as a staff periodontist in the Air Force periodontics residency program.

When not teaching or doing periodontics, Dr. Ringdahl enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 kids. Some of her hobbies include baking, sewing, and roller coasters.
